We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase, database hosting (EU-region). Privacy policy
• Zoho Mail, email delivery for form notifications. Privacy policy
• Vercel, website hosting and CDN. Privacy policy

Our primary operations are in Uganda. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, please note that some of our processors may be based outside these regions. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Our website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on our website and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of our site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
