Branded Documentation
Itinerary documents, welcome letters, daily itinerary packs, lodge vouchers and emergency contact sheets all produced in your brand template. We supply the content; you supply the logo.
Bespoke Itinerary Design
Each itinerary is built from scratch to match your client's brief. No template programmes, no fixed departures. We design routes, select lodges and sequence activities based on your specifications.
Full Permit and Lodge Booking
We secure gorilla permits, book all accommodation, arrange all transfers and activity bookings. Net costs are itemised in your proposal. You invoice your client at your retail rate.
In-Country Operations
Our guides and vehicles operate the itinerary on the ground. Your client is met by a professionally uniformed representative using your company name.
Transparent Net Rates
All costs are presented as net-to-operator figures. You see exactly what we charge for each component. Your margin is applied separately and is entirely your business.
